Why Is My Integration Not Working?

Regarding integration issues: Our platform supports integrations that can be directly used, and you can find them under "Apps" in the left-hand toolbar. If you encounter issues during the integration process, we recommend you check the following two points:

  1. Does the platform support the integration you need?
    If the platform does not support the integration, it will not be possible to meet your requirements directly. However, you can purchase the code through the "Code" button in the top-left corner, then manually integrate it using the code editor.

  2. If the platform supports the integration, have you properly called the integration through the toolbar?
    The integrations in the toolbar are pre-configured and ready to use. If you’ve attempted to call the integration directly through AI, it may lead to configuration issues.
