If you're looking to cancel your subscription with HeyBoss, we make the process simple and clear. Here's how you can manage your subscription cancellation.

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but the details depend on whether you are on a monthly or annual plan.

Cancellation Process:

1. For Monthly Subscriptions:

  • If you're on a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

  • After cancellation, your account and service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Example:

If your billing cycle ends on the 15th of the month and you cancel on the 10th, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the 15th.

2. For Annual Subscriptions:

  • If you're on an annual plan, cancellation applies only for the next year.

  • Important: You cannot cancel your annual subscription for the current year. You’ll still receive the full service until your next renewal date, but you won’t be charged for the following year.

How to Cancel:

Step 1:

  • Go to your Profile > My Subscription > Manage Subscription.

Step 2:

  • Click the button to Unsubscribe. This will redirect you to Stripe, where you can confirm your cancellation.

Step 3:

  • On Stripe, follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification about the cancellation.

What Happens After I Cancel?

  • If you are on a monthly plan, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • If you are on an annual plan, the service will continue until your renewal date, and you will not be charged for the next year.
